Everything you need to know about working with Global PestFree — in one place.

Blog

Global PestFree Knowledge Centre

Practical, evidence-based information on pest management, hygiene, cleaning, sanitation, waste management, agriculture and landscaping — written to help homeowners, businesses, institutions, property managers and farmers make better-informed decisions.

Where an article discusses pesticides, fumigants or other regulated products, recommendations should be read alongside the applicable product label, manufacturer instructions and Kenyan regulatory requirements. The Blog is educational and does not replace a professional site assessment.

Pricing

Service & Product Pricing

The scope and cost of many services vary according to size, location, condition and technical requirements — so not every service carries a single nationwide price. A quotation may factor in the treatment area, pest species, infestation severity, accessibility, quantities, equipment, personnel, frequency and location.

What Affects Pricing

Property/treatment area, infestation severity, pest species, treatment method, number of rooms, accessibility, waste quantity, equipment & personnel required, service frequency, project location, product quantities and any special safety requirements.

Getting a Quotation

A quotation may specify the service/product, quantity or scope, unit price, labour/service charges, transport, taxes, total payable, payment terms and validity period. Changes to scope may result in a revised price.

For current pricing

Contact us on 0759 614 819 or info@globalpestfree.co.ke — prices may change due to supplier costs, availability, transport, taxation or scope changes. The applicable price is always the one on your approved quotation, invoice or order confirmation.

All repeat requests are subject to authorization by Global PestFree.

  • Customer name & purchase date
  • Invoice or receipt, product name & quantity
  • Reason for return, with photographs where relevant
  • Condition of the product and packaging

Nothing in this policy excludes rights a consumer may have under Kenya’s Consumer Protection Act.

1. Quotations

Quotations are based on information available at the time of preparation and may require revision if scope, site conditions or quantities change. A quotation does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order.

2. Service Scope

3. Site Access

Clients must provide reasonable access to areas requiring inspection or service. Restricted access may be recorded in the service report.

Subject to specific preparation, safety, access, treatment and re-entry requirements depending on the fumigant, site and method.

7. Product Sales

Products are supplied per the confirmed order and available manufacturer specifications; brands and pack sizes may vary by supplier availability.

Prices are in Kenya Shillings unless stated otherwise. The general VAT rate in Kenya is currently 16% for taxable goods and services not zero-rated or exempt.

14. Waste & Environmental Compliance

Waste is handled according to the applicable scope and relevant legal requirements, including licensed transport/disposal where required.

15. Septic & Sanitation Services

Subject to site conditions, access and equipment limitations. Not every system can be serviced in the same manner.

Must be used per the product label, manufacturer instructions and relevant Kenyan requirements. We do not recommend off-label pesticide use.

17. Complaints

Clients should contact us promptly with sufficient information to identify the transaction and investigate the concern.

18. Limitation of Scope

Advice is based on observed conditions. Structural, plumbing or drainage problems outside our scope may require a separately qualified specialist.
